This 350 square foot studio is inside the exclusive Yacht Club Resort and right on Turtle Cove Marina. It is walking distance to Grace Bay Beach & snorkeling at Smiths Reef. It is also an easy walk to several restaurants. You’ll love this place because of the spectacular marina & sunset views and the chilled vibe of walking to amenities. This studio is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
We have recently purchased this property and taken over from a SuperHost as May 25, 2020. We have done a complete renovation including adding a second vanity in the bathroom area.
This studio is located in a fully gated development that has an outstanding reputation of being safe and secure. The property is private and peaceful, featuring a 5,000 square foot three level infinity pool and well maintained surrounding gardens. Guests have access to the entire grounds, pool, sun loungers and the gym.
This studio space is accessible from ground floor. It does have a condo above. It has a kitchenette with an under counter fridge & freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster. It is stocked with flatware, glassware, and all linens. There is a bluetooth speaker as well. For the beach & pool there are towels, chairs, umbrella & coolers. There is a drying line to hang out towels and beachwear.
It features a double vanity, which would also would be utilized as your wash up area. The space is ideal for breakfasts, light lunches, coffee and drinks on the terrace or a take out. There are several restaurants nearby including Baci, Sharkbite, Mango Reef and Magnolia (casual to fine dining). There are many great restaurants on island, only a quick drive away.
As the studio is located on Turtle Cove Marina do expect to hear light chatter from restaurants directly across the canal and boats arriving in, at the end of the day. All immediate neighbours have professional jobs on island; so it is a very courteous & friendly setting. About four gentle dogs reside at the Yacht Club and you may see or hear them on their terraces or on leads when being walked to the beach.
The housekeeper can run laundry at a small charge weekly.
Maximum occupancy is two guests.
