THE BEDROOM / BATHROOM
The bedroom has a custom-made king-size bed (1,8x2m), with direct access both to the plunge pool and the lush garden.
The bathroom offers dual entry points, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. As you step in, you'll find a natural grey stone hue, adding an earthy touch to the space that leads you to a spacious shower area. From here, you can enjoy a view of the inviting pool. Smoking is only allowed outside the house.
Smoking inside of the villa will cost the guest a fine of 500$. For everything which got destroyed in the villa by the guest it has to be replaced with the exact same or the guest has to pay for it.
Having a few friends come over is allowed however please keep the sound low to respect the neighbors.
