Positive: The roomstay was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay there as it provides Netflix and other channels and I enjoyed watching movies as I could not go out due to heavy rain in this monsoon season. Check-in and check-out was easy-peasy.

Negative: The room was cozy enough for our family of 3 and equipped with a basic facility i.e. sink, kitchen cabinet with plates, mugs, fork, spoon, kettle and air-fryer. An easy way to prepare a quick meal in case we are hungry in the middle of the night.

Summary: My overall experience - I enjoyed staying there for 2 nights. Highly recommended.
