Alexandria, Virginia, is a city on the Potomac River, just south of Washington, DC. It’s known for its Old Town, with brick sidewalks and well-preserved 18th- and 19th-century buildings. King Street is lined with boutiques and specialty shops. Enjoy beautiful upscale colonial charm just a stone throw away from DC!
Getting Around:
Alexandria is connected to Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area through the Metrorail and Metrobus systems, making it easy to get to and from the sights and attractions you want to see. Ubers are also great and low cost.

Security camera/recording device — Front - Facing entrance; camera is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
