The nest is centrally located near Capitola Village/Beach, Gayle's Bakery, and Nob Hill grocery. Jump on the freeway in minutes to get to the local hospital for work or head down to Santa Cruz. Whatever floats your boat, Capitola won’t let you sink!
Located just up the hill, an 8-10 minute walk, from the Capitola Village. The home is situated near other single family homes and vacation rentals.
The home is an upstairs unit separate from the main house with a shared entryway through the courtyard. You will have complete private access to your unit via a stairway to the deck patio. Your entrance into the property is through a gate that is shared with the people that live in the main house. Once you hit the staircase, just feet from the gate entrance, is where your private space starts, leading you up to your private deck with outdoor dining and couch to watch the sunset over the trees.
You'll enter through a large sliding glass door into the living room with a leather pull out couch, dining counter, and fully stocked kitchen to cook or just stare at while you eat your takeout!
Just steps through the hallway you'll find a large closet filled with loads of stuff you might need for the beach: wagon, sand toys, cooler, beach chairs/towels, and umbrella.
Then you'll enter into the master bedroom with a king memory foam mattress, lush white pillows, and a 55in smart tv to stream all your personal apps from. The master suite also has a full closet.
Exiting back into the hallway you have a quaint bathroom with a shower stall, blow dryer, straightener, and a really cool corner toilet of course.
You'll be supplied with your first few days of essentials with toiletries, coffee, and snacks.
There is a laundry room with washer and dryer below the unit available upon request.
There are 1-2 parking spaces available for you in the driveway, but please note, a large truck/SUV may not fit due to length. There is free street parking just across the street if your vehicle does not fit.
