You don't need to stay in the square to enjoy Sonoma! Carneros Barn House is ideal for four or more travelers that want to enjoy space, privacy and wine country living. The modern, two-story barn-style home is complete with two spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, outdoor area and more. Centrally located just minutes between Sonoma (10 minute drive to downtown) and Napa (15 minute drive to downtown) centers, this is a perfect home base for sightseeing, wine tasting and day trips. We are less than 10 minutes from Carneros Resort and Spa if you are attending a wedding there.
Downstairs, the great room has beautiful vaulted ceilings, oversized windows and a comfortable sleeper sofa that has a Full size bed. The downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and its own bathroom with shower. Upstairs, the loft area has two single convertible sofas and a Smart TV with cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime and HBO GO/Showtime. An overhead fan, remote shades and AC keep everyone cool during the summer. The spacious master bedroom is complete with King size bed, wardrobe and dresser. The ensuite bath has a rain head shower and jetted soaking tub with postcard views. The deck just outside the bedroom offers an ideal place to have your morning coffee or sip a glass of wine and enjoy the vineyard views. And, don’t miss the rear patio, which also offers sweeping valley views and epic sunsets year round.
If you are a pro or home cook, you will love the kitchen; complete with professional grade Viking range, Sub Zero fridge and gourmet cutlery and utensils. Plan your gourmet meal, stop at one of the several organic grocery stores in the area, or, pick up some delicious pre-cooked items instead. We can even connect you with chefs in the area. You can dine in several areas, including the breakfast sunroom, the large dining room or outside picnic/dining table area, with professional Weber grill, table and umbrella. Want to go out? No problem. There are many restaurants nearby – including a diner, distillery and wineries just a short walk away.
Your rental includes use of luxury linens, earth friendly toiletries, combo washer/dryer, paper supplies, hair dryers, a pack 'n play, and an iron/board. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking supplies. Our High-speed Wi-Fi even works outside! The provided rental guide contains a curated list of fabulous restaurants and wineries in the area to help plan your stay, personally visited by the owners. Bikes are also available.
A one-acre vineyard (Pinot Noir and Chardonnay) is planted on the property. Vineyard workers may be on the property tending to the vineyard.
Due to health concerns no animals are allowed in the home.
