Comfort villa is both uniquely secluded and private with just 3 minutes to all amenities, such as convenient stores, restaurants, gas stations and 5 minutes or less drive to beaches and creeks.

Summary: I spent the holidays with my family in this wonderful home. It is situated off a private road where there is true peace and quiet. The starry evening skies are quite a thing to behold. Having two young boys, there was so much room to play inside and outside. Caltrecia thought of everything necessary that you would need for our time there. I would advise renting a car(which the host can arrange if you need) to get to the stores and beaches. The beach is 5 minute drive away. From the house, it is about a 40 min drive to Middle Caicos. The ferry is about 15 min drive. Please note a couple things: there are only 3 ferries that go across to North Caicos daily and 3 back to Providenciales. You miss them, you’re screwed. Also , the enemy of the island is ants. They aren’t everywhere, but make sure you keep your bags closed when not in use. Not only do I recommend staying here, but my family is already talking about coming back to stay again soon!
