Nestled under the giant oaks at the end of this country road overlooking Napa Valley vineyards and mountain panoramas, this 1BR cottage sits on a stunning 6.5-acre estate.
The cottage has a spacious living area, well-equipped kitchen, and large deck with a private hot tub overlooking the scenic landscape. When it's time to relax, you can also head to the main house on the grounds, where there's a shared pool and a second hot tub. Cottage guests have their own washer and dryer in the basement of the cottage.
ABOUT THE COTTAGE
Situated on grounds with a separate main home, this darling 1BR cottage is laid with dark wood floors. A spacious, open-concept living area, with a four-person sofa and two swivel ivory leather chairs, are perfect for watching the 40in flat panel TV (equipped with Apple TV and Blu-Ray). There is also sound system through Sonos music system. When it's chilly, light the gas fireplace for cozy evenings at home.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for two, including a efficiency-size stove, oven, microwave and efficiency refrigerator. Toss some steaks on the grill and enjoy them at the indoor dining table, which seats four.
After a day of wine tastings at nearby vineyards, sink in to the plush queen-size bed, done up with luxury linens, or throw on a bathrobe and head out to the deck where you'll find a private hot tub waiting.
The bathroom has a glass-enclosed walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead. You'll also find a starter supply of bath amenities provided for your convenience.
Guests have access to the full-size unheated pool and hot tub at the main house. Wi-Fi and parking for up to two cars are included.
This cottage is located near working vineyards, so local noise can be heard in the early hours of the day. The cottage is also subject to construction noise from rebuilding in the distance based on its higher location.
Please note the homeowner lives on-site in the main house. The pool and second hot tub are shared amenities.
