Positive: Modern room design with really nice tv. Staff was friendly.

Negative: -No hot water, 50% off next stay to compensate was dumb. Should have offered half off this stay. -Bed could be modernized with a proper pillow top mattress. -pee stains/dirty toilet. - coffee supplies in room not replenished. -dirty plates and hair in breakfast lounge, watered down orange juice.. at first I thought it was lemonade but nope, just oj colored water.
