This two leveled suite includes high ceilings and floor to roof windows, from the first to second level with a view of "Millionaires Row" known today as Collins Ave. On the first level upon entrance to the right includes a spacious bathroom with white tiles and buttercream walls. A large open kitchen equipped with a top freezer refrigerator, smooth surface stove oven, various cabinets and additional kitchen appliances like a microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. In addition the room comes equipped with a washer and dryer for guest convenience. The living area on the first level is great in space for entertainment and to kickback. A modern four chair dining table and long extended kitchen counter top with five bar stools make for plenty of sitting room. Next to the spiral staircase a large mounted plasma TV screen is ready for use with access to cable. In addition a comfy sofa bed which is also the size of a twin bed is provided which can be used for the sleep of one. Walk up the spiral staircase into an open large sleeping area overlooking the first level. This space includes two lush queen trundle beds, big closets, a large dresser with a small plasma TV and a bathroom. 1st Level - Bathroom 2nd Level – Bathroom This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
