Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you please and there is an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!

The Boat: Going out on the boat with us is subject to our calendar availability and of course the weather and sea conditions. When we go, we can depart from either Armature Works or Treasure Island. Since the boat is not a part of your reservation, no credit is provided for a missed experience. We will send you the calendar link up to a week before your reservation and will also be available via our Guestview guide during your stay. The boat is not a rental nor a part of your reservation but is an added bonus for club members if and when available. Some fees apply (Gas, Food, Beverages, and captains time, etc.) A missed opportunity for you to join us on the boat will not result in a credit toward your stay.
