Summary: Excellent hotel in the Riviera Maya! The beach is amazing nothing compared with CanCun/Playa del Carmen, it is just a paradise. The hotel is great, amazing service, everyone goes the extra mile to make the guests feel comfortable and happy. The food was outstanding (for an all inclusive standards). The activities included (Catamaran/cenetos/cave/waterpatk) were great. If you want to treat yourself with a massage, don’t hesitate to book one, the facilities are great and the service was outstanding. Definitely this is not a party destination (everything closes between 10-11) instead wants a relax time in a great place then this might be a great option.
