Summary: Check in process was lengthy, the lady kept doing whatever else with her co-worker and leaving us to wait when there was nobody else checking in at the time. The halls smelled dingy, the room smelled like chlorine or bleach, the pool room smelled so strongly of bleach we couldn’t stay in there long and the pool water looked disgusting. We asked if the pool was open and were told it was and could be used, I brought to their attention that it looked foamy on top and they told me it was going through a treatment process but could be used. The breakfast was ok. Before check in, we requested through the app extra towels and toiletries, didn’t get them and the little bottle of lotion they left us was used and almost empty. The main faucet for the shower was falling apart.
