The washer and dryer are located in back of garage.
The heater works great but can be loud when operating.
Piano is decorative and not tuned for playing.

Centrally located - 10 minute drive to iconic Golden Gate Bridge, Golden Gate Park, Fisherman's Wharf, financial district/Union Square. Lots of great restaurants, bars, shops, parks. Yoga studios, JCC, Fillmore Jazz district minutes from our house! Easy 15 minute walk to Haight-Ashbury, USF, Presidio National Park.
Separate entry to private apartment in lower level of 1890's Victorian mansion.

2 things that could be better:
1. We do not have a stove - but the hotplate, microwave, toaster-oven & rice cooker are sufficient for most guests to do light cooking.
2. The heater isn't whisper quiet when in use. Luckily average San Francisco temperature year-round is 63 degrees! :)
Super spacious with large open living area. Has pool table/ping pong. Perfect for families - we can accommodate up to 6 guests. Children welcome ages 5 and up.
The main bedroom has one California King-size bed, 2nd bedroom has one full size bed. There is a twin outside the 2nd bedroom and a kids daybed in the living room. The sofa is NOT ideal for sleeping.
Pets - please ask. :)
Easy! Public transit just steps away to all parts of the city and beyond. Walk Score 95!! Many express lines nearby. Lots of Uber, Lyft, Supershuttle & taxi service available to and from SFO & OAK.
There is parking for one car in our *FREE* parking area adjacent to the garage right at our house!
