This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom cabin sleeps up to 14 guests and features:

- Open-concept living with vaulted A-frame ceilings and high-end appliances
- A basement game lounge with a full-size pool table for hours of fun
- Central air conditioning and heating throughout the home
-Bedroom 1: Open-air loft room with additional seating, bathroom, walk-in shower, King bed, soaking tub, TV, mini-split, and private balcony for sipping coffee in the mornings or wine in the evenings. Bonus: odds are you`ll see deer strolling through the hill behind us.

In the walk-out basement you`ll find a pool table, kitchenette, & TV.
Outside, enjoy multiple entertaining areas including the front deck, front patio, front yard, back deck, and back balcony—ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks under the stars.
Guests can contact the Black Rock Marina for daily boat slip rentals just a short walk away—making it easy to enjoy all that Lake Coeur d`Alene has to offer.
The community has a grassy picnic area by the water, just a short 5-minute walk away.

NOTE:
1. This home is not a waterfront home. However you have great views of Rockford bay from the deck, living room, kitchen, and loft.
2. Lake Access:
You can see from our photos that there is a community grassy area with picnic tables where people can get into the water. Do note however that this area can be a somewhat high boat traffic area.
3. Boat Launch:
The closest boat launch is just down the street next to Shooters bar and grill. There is also plenty of space to park a boat & trailer on the property.
4. Boat Slip:
The Black Rock Marina, located just down the street next to Shooters, offers daily boat slip rentals. To check availability or reserve a slip, you`ll have to reach out to them directly.
