Comfortable beds and linens in every bedroom. Additional space heaters in each bedroom as well. Custom power blinds with remote in the master bedroom. Beautiful room-darkening wooden shutters in the downstairs bedrooms let you sleep in on even the brightest mornings.

BACK YARD
Designed for outdoor lounging, this comfortable outdoor space invites guests to relax and enjoy the best of California living, from basking in the sun to enjoying the fire pit under the gazebo. The patio and fire-pit area will comfortably seat at least 8 guests. The hot tub and unheated pool are professionally serviced weekly (twice weekly in the summer).

PLEASE NOTE:

■ No Hot tub or pool use and no outdoor noise after 9pm. This is a city of Santa Rosa regulation. Violations may be subject to cancellation of the remaining reservation without refund and/or a $1000.00 fine.

Getting Around:
Our home is within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and parks. There are hundreds more places to visit all within a short drive. San Francisco is just 45 minutes away and so is the rugged and beautiful Sonoma Coast. Calistoga, St. Helena, and the rest of Napa Valley is just an hour's drive away.
There are three parking places available in the garage and driveway and one additional spot available on the street. Limit of 4 cars please.
