Oceanfront with views of the Monterey Bay facing South toward Monterey. We have replaced the two sofas with futon sofas. New photos are up although we need to get a new photo taken of the living room. Master bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom offers one twin bunk bed and two single twin beds. Shorebirds 196 is located on the 3rd floor which is ideal for maximizing the view but please be aware there is a flight of about 16 steps from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor.
EV Charging Station is located behind the the rental office at 2661 Beach Road, Bldg. 3, Pajaro Dunes CA 95076.
Fireplace is non operational. Expected completion of electric insert by 3/04/2025.
