Rustic but warm and cozy; great for a romantic getaway, family gathering or fishing trip. Excellent jump off point for visits to Waterton Park ,Crowsnest Pass, and the Rocky Mountains. Minutes to Crowsnest, Castle, Waterton and Carbondale rivers and a creek a day as long as you stay. Hiking, fishing, berry picking, biking, swimming and abundant flora and fauna. Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Joe’s ranch cabin. It’s truly a dog-lover’s haven and had everything we could have asked for — privacy, comfort, and the freedom to be as quiet or as lively as we wanted. The river was amazing, with plenty of walking paths for adventures. The beds were cozy, the fire pit and cowboy hot tub were fantastic, and the night sky was breathtaking. We loved cooking all our meals outside on the barbecue. Joe was a super welcoming host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway.
