Our condo at Pelican Point faces Santa Cruz for those amazing sunsets and has been recently renovated. Our kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, gorgeous marble finishes throughout, custom cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. We have a Keriug coffee maker and a regular Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker for you to enjoy your favorite cup of joe in the morning.
Spend time at the beach, we have beach toys & boogie boards. If you're looking for some relaxation, we have Smart TVs equipped with cable, dvd player, and private wifi to stream your favorite shows!
Our home is a part of a private gated community of Pajaro Dunes, this home has access to walking/biking trails, basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, 24-hour security, and more. Please note that all BBQ's in the Pelican condos have been removed due to HOA policy.
