4. Mid-Stay Cleaning Service
$175 per visit
Includes trash removal, towel refresh, light cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms. Recommended for stays of 5 nights or longer.
5. Grocery / Beverage Pre-Stocking
$125 service fee + grocery cost
Have groceries and beverages stocked before arrival. Items coordinated and approved in advance.
6. Private Driver Coordination (Event Transportation)
$200 per trip (one way, up to 25 miles)
We coordinate a third-party driver for transportation to and from events (e.g Phoenix Open). Guest pays driver directly (venmo, zelle or app); coordination fee applies.
