Clean, bright, comfortable 1450 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath townhome located on a very quiet street within about 4 block walk to Seabright beach, the Boardwalk and the Yacht Harbor. In the immediate neighborhood, just a 2 block walk to many great restaurants including Seabright Brewery, Betty's Burgers, Engfer's Pizza, La Posta, Tramonti, Verve Coffee, Java Junction, and the best breakfast in Santa Cruz - Linda's Seabreeze Cafe! Aldo's and the Crow's Nest are a 10 minute walk to the Yacht Harbor, and the Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf is on the other side of the Boardwalk Amusement Park, which has many classic restaurants like Riva Fish House, Stagnaro Brothers, and more.
The living space is on three levels. On the main level is the dining room, kitchen, large living room, a half bathroom, and a deck/patio.
