There are two properties on site, the main house and the cottage. Guests have full access to the cottage with on-site parking. Guests do not have access to the main house or the deck attached to the main house. The property is located on 3.5 acres of private land. This a rural location and requires a vehicle to access it. We are located 30 minutes to Capitola and Aptos, 40 minutes to downtown Santa Cruz, and 50 minutes to Monterey. We are 30 minutes from Morgan Hill.
