Summary: The room wasn't completely tidy, some of the towels had minor staining as well as the bed sheets. They had a kitchenette and table for two yet only one glass to drink out of. Also no garbage can in the kitchen. It was also very difficult to speak with hotel staff when the business was getting busy. For instance one day, we wanted to inquire about beach towels and I had to wait around 20 minutes behind guest checking in. for a 20 second procedure of me asking for the towels and the desk clerk handing them over. Also when seeking fresh towels I was informed I would have to come back in an hour to get some, this was at 5 in the afternoon and we were getting ready to head out for dinner within the hour, so we were hoping to shower.
