The space:
We take great pride in accommodating our short and extended stay guests. We have attempted to forecast your needs and stock our condo with everything you'd require (and then some) to keep you and your family comfortable. We have a Pack-N-Play crib with optional infant insert, full stroller, baby bath and high chair stored on site. We provide shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hair dryers - everything you need and won't have to pack. Our place is airy, bright, modern and most importantly - PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED at every guest turnover.
Our space has a queen bed, 2x twin sized beds, and a full size bed. There is also a twin sized air mattress stored in the closet that can be blown up in advance and dressed upon your request (air mattress must be set up in master bedroom since that is the only place it fits, please consider that when booking). There is a Pack N' Play travel crib with optional infant insert and plenty of fresh sheets and towels for all.
Cable TV, Netflix, flat-screen TVs in living room and both bedrooms (including ESPN), high speed internet and free Wi-Fi. Living room has a DVD player and telephone for local or emergency calls.
Directly outside the north side of the unit, you'll find the BBQ area and one of the 4 heated pools on the property. Laundry is shared (machines accept credit/debit and cash) and is located about 40 feet from the unit.
*PLEASE NOTE* There is an additional $5 charge per night for each additional guest over (2) two people. This amount will automatically be reflected in your payment, but we like to be completely transparent up front with the costs.
*PLEASE NOTE* There are exterior security cameras at the doors/back patio. These are here for our safety as well as our guests. These will only be checked/monitored if suspicious activity is reported by any guest, neighbor or police.
