On the ground floor, you`ll find a large contemporary living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen ideal for cooking or socializing, a master bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom, along with a single sofa bed, a splendid solarium with a large dining table and lounge area, and a pool table.

It is not suitable for graduation parties or large gatherings. We strictly enforce the number of guests as per the rental agreement and ask tenants to respect neighborhood tranquility after 10 p.m., under penalty of fines.
