Nestled against the dune, just steps from Shorepine's unique wooden boardwalk and the beach, The Break offers the largest floor plan of our seaside Oregon beach rentals. The master suite features an open-beam ceiling, oversized tile shower and double vanity. Two guest bedrooms and a loft make this home's sleeping options easy to accommodate family and friends. The house is also equipped with 4 adult cruiser bikes, one youth bike, a child's bike, and helmets for all. A great south exposure deck is complete with a gas BBQ! This home is pet-friendly, and pets are welcome for an additional $20.00 USD per pet, per night with a maximum of 3 dogs (to be collected upon check-in). Bedrooms: All of The Break's bedrooms are located upstairs. The master has a king bed with private bathroom that has double sinks and two person tile shower. The guest room has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds (total of 4 twin beds). There is another full bath upstairs for the two rooms to share and a half bath on the main floor. Internet Access: The Break has a fast and reliable private internet connection. -Check in is located at the Inn at Cape Kiwanda, 33105 Cape Kiwanda Drive, Pacific City Or. 97135. Bikes 8 Beach Access: The Break is in a supreme location and backs to the sand dune that separates you from the ocean in Shorepine Village. The home is just steps to the beach, or a couple of minutes to the clubhouse where there is a fitness center, pool table, and an entertainment area. Parking: There is one space in the garage and four spaces in the driveway to park a total of 5 cars. Please let us know if you have additional parking needs. This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund of the rental amount is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.
