Summary: There was no hot water on my floor all weekend. My daughter stayed on another floor and they had hot water. My niece & her family found a roach in their room. This is the 2nd year we stayed at this property and it will be my last time staying. The staff was amazing at check in, the young lady at 2am was wonderful and the young lady at 11pm was not at all empathetic and was rather matter of fact and didn’t seem nice until I came to the front desk.
