This villa is ideally located on the edge of Moorea lagoon, between the Intercontinental Hotel and the beach Tipaniers , positioned at the center of a field of more than 1500 m2.
It has 2 bedrooms facing the lagoon + 2 bathrooms , around a large deck also facing the magnificent lagoon of Moorea. Of course you get a kitchen, a lounge , free internet , a large terrace with wicker and table for 6 people , 2 chairs in the garden and 2 armchairs. Children can sleep in the sofa bed in the living room again . As usual you will find a new bedding and high quality (Boutique Hotel ) , as well as sheets and towels .
You can easily take a kayak or paddle and paddle about 200m to find yourself amidst a sumptuous spot stingrays and sharks!

Summary: This house is a typical French Polynesian house that has A/C in the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is outside of the main area with no bathroom, but has a shower in it.Both bathrooms are located in the main living area, which is workable but inconvenient for the second bedroom guests.Beautiful location with a view of the lagoon and ocean from the bedrooms, living area, and backyard/decks.The 4 kayaks were an added pleasure. The water is so clear it was fun to explore.The kitchen had adequate cooking utensils, pans and dishes. There were two brooms which came in handy sweeping the floors everyday.The windows need some maintenance but were able to open and close with a little difficulty. They installed security lights that are on 24/7. No way to turn off and one reflected brightly in to the bedroom outside of the main living area. The toilet seats need to be replaced. One side was not attached and made it interesting when it was time to wipe. No toilet paper holders.The land crabs are all over property and under the house. Noisy at night. But that is common all over French Polynesia.We had no security issues during our stay. We followed the recommendations of the host.I would definitely rent this place again. Yes it needed some maintenance, but over all a nice place. Can’t beat the location and access to the water. You won’t regret staying here.
