It has high ceiling, huge rooms, in beautiful setting facing the river, with large porch around the house and nice private backyard with a small fireplace :-). It has perfect for big families with kids, family reunions, groups, associations of people, business travellers... Nearby are a marina, a chocolate shop, creperia, a brewery/pub, historic church, riverfront terrace, art gallery and shops, and much more to discover!
35 minutes from downtown Montreal.
Grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, dollarstore, gas station, convenience store are all nearby within a 5 minute drive.
I have a small unit on the property (mostly used as office/storage), in a completely independant unit on the opposite side of the house. I do not share any accesses or areas with guests, and only interact upon request. I believe in letting guests have total privacy during their stay, but will be happy to come chat if asked or to bring around anything you need that could be missing :-)
