Located on a very large plot in the beautiful wild and natural bay of Oponohu, the property opens directly onto the lagoon.
It benefits from a very wide seaside and a pontoon allowing to moor a boat there or to make superb dives! (watch out for corals)
Its huge tree-lined garden provides an ideal playground for young and old.
Freshly renovated, the modern, spacious and bright Villa Moerava has an area of around 180 square meters. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
On the ground floor is a large living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen. A TV and Wi-Fi connection are available.
The living room opens onto a deck terrace facing the sea. The ground floor is also equipped with an independent WC and a laundry room.
The air-conditioned master bedroom has a large double bed. Its orientation on the garden will offer its occupants privacy and freshness.
Adjacent to this bedroom is the only bathroom in the house.
A red staircase will then lead you to the upper floor where the 2 other large air-conditioned bedrooms are located, each with a double bed.
They open on the sea side with a breathtaking view of Opunohu Bay.
In the shade of the coconut trees in the garden, a space for outdoor lunches has been set up with barbecue. While some will take care of the grills, others will be able to appreciate the richness of the lagoon in snorkeling, kayak or paddle which are made available during the stay.
For those wishing to explore the surroundings of the property, bicycles will also be available on site.
An outdoor shower is even provided for the water outlet!
