Great for entertaining on the large water level deck. Close to LBI (20 minutes), Atlantic and Ocean Cities are less than 45 minutes away! LBI ferry is 5 minutes away and takes you directly to LBI. Graveling Point beach is 2 miles away with beautiful views. Lots of restaurants close by. Historic Smithville is an easy 20 minute drive.
