The entire house faces the park and the ocean, bringing abundant nature and sparkling views of Monterey Bay into every room. Your neighbors here are the seals, otters, sea lions, dolphins, whales, seabirds and Monarch butterflies that live in the butterfly sanctuary across the street!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, except a closet & the surf shack that are reserved for owner's storage. The owner's also store their vehicle in the right side of the garage, but the guests are able to park on the left side.

You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
