Great location for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, crabbing, etc. Addendum is required to be signed by tenant for hot tub, kayaks and paddleboards. There are (3) kayaks (1 tandem, 1 single & 1 youth) and (2) paddleboards. 120 of waterfrontage to dock your boat. COVER FOR THE HOT TUB MUST BE IN PLACE AFTER EACH USE. DO NOT LEAVE THE HOT TUB UNCOVERED! Swim ladder is provided. There is also an air fryer, 2nd refrigerator in the garage & a booster seat. Rentals are Friday - Friday. Beach badges are not guaranteed! The cost of any missing beach badges will be deducted from security deposit. NO PETS ARE PERMITTED. Owner provides pillows and blankets 2023.
