The space
We have a new Construction as of 2013 solar powered 3 Bedroom 2 1/2 bath craftsman style house perfectly located in between Capitola and Santa Cruz.
Our listing is located right down the hill from the Chaminade Resort. If our house does not accommodate everyone in your party you have a resort within a mile for any additional guests.
Also we are only 2 miles away / five minute drive to the Harbor beaches as well as Capitola Village.
There are many wonderful hiking trails that are in close proximity.
We have a spacious dining area as well as charming breakfast nook.
Casa de weeks is stocked with the basic things that you would need. Laundry
detergent,shampoo, towels, fresh linens, ETC.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you would need for entertaining. The outdoor patio is equipped with a gas grill & comfy chairs for relaxing!
We have a spacious master Suite located upstairs with a king size bed and a large bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub and large double shower.
Our house can accommodate up to seven people or more depending if you have small children. There is also a very comfortable large sectional sofa that can be used for sleeping. The bedrooms and living areas are private.
This is a spacious 2,400 square foot newly constructed custom home. It is perfect for family gatherings as well as entertaining. If you want a spacious home close to everything Santa Cruz has to offer this is the perfect home for you!
