This newly remodeled home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. After a long day at work or play... enjoy a nice shower in the newly remodeled master bath featuring three shower heads. One of which is rain like.... to wash your day away!
Enjoy dinner and relax with your favorite beverage, watch some television in the living room or master bedroom or second bedroom.
Even on one of the spectacular Watsonville evenings, you can have dinner on the back patio with friends or watch your favorite game in the backyard on the outside television.

Monterey is 24 miles to the south, and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is a short 14-mile drive. Also, many state parks are local to the area!

Features a Daybed which is a twin and has an additional twin pull out. There is also a desk and chair in this room.
Bedroom #3
Features a queen bed, and 55” television.
The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
The kitchen is fully equipped, fresh filtered water, new appliances, gas stove & oven. All the pots, pans utensils you should need for your trip. As well we have a pretty well stocked spice collection.
We gave baby gates, all of our cabinets are child proofed, a high chair upon request as well as a pack and play. For the pooch we have: dog beds and bowls available.
