This home is located on 1 acre with a pool, heated spa, & game room equipped with corn hole, pool table, foosball, pingpong, basketball, & air hockey! Located just off of Highway 60, it is a short drive to either Surprise or Wickenburg, "Team Roping Capital of the World." There are multiple arenas & golf courses nearby. Only a 2 hr drive to the magnificent Sedona. Horses welcome! RV & trailer parking! For heated pool it is an additional charge. Will not heat pool November-March. Hot tub heated at no charge.
