There are 3 Master Suites with private baths and views of the Monterey Bay. Two of the master suites are directly on the beach and open to beachfront decks. The third master suite has floor to ceiling window views to the sea. The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds and ocean views. The fifth bedroom also has 2 twin beds and is ideal for kids with private bath and views to the beach dunes. We've provided beach toys & beach chairs for your enjoyment as well. The 3 Master Suites all offer new King sized beds, and each of the other two bedrooms have two twin beds each - perfect for couples and kids! All new linens & towels for added luxury. Relax on the decks and watch for whales, dolphins and sea lions at play! The Monterey Bay at your feet will instantly energize your spirit. Views - Full 180 degree unobstructed ocean views of Monterey Bay and the abundance of wildlife that enjoys this ocean sanctuary. The living room, dining room and kitchen are ALL open to direct white water and beach views. Expansive windows stream in the light, bringing the ocean up close. Enjoy a little Vitamin Sea to evaporate life’s daily stresses. The deck runs the full length of the home and is finished with comfortable Adirondack chairs to recline and enjoy the majestic Pacific Ocean. Layout - This is the only 5 bedroom beachfront home which offers the convenience of one level. The home is very close to parking with only 5 stairs to access the home and no stairs inside. The design of such beautiful living space on one level is great advantage for seniors and children or anyone who does not want the bother of climbing stairs. This house also features another rare treat - a large interior courtyard for BBQing and enjoying the outdoors while protected from the elements. We recently upgraded with many new pieces of furniture that add to the cozy, mid century modern throwback beach feel of the home.
