If you're looking for the best, you've found it. There's not a larger or better 1 bedroom condo in the main building at Seascape. It is the only 864 sq ft end unit with ocean view balcony and lots of windows to let the light in! Oh, and has a actual kitchen with a full size fridge and dishwasher. No matter what special occasion brings you to town, this is the condo you will want stay in! Seascape Beach Resort has amazing sunsets, a soft sandy beach, top notch restaurants, and so many amenities.
RECENTLY REMODELED AND REFURNISHED!
SLEEPING:
This is a unique one-bedroom condo that has a stylishly decorated and recently remodeled interior that can accommodate up to a family of 5 with a comfortable KING BED in the bedroom and a QUEEN SOFA BED and TWIN XL MURPHY BED in the large living room.
BATHROOM:
In the bathroom, you'll find that there's a bidet for those travelers who like extra luxuries. There's also other items such as a professional quality hair dryer, make-up cloths, super soft towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Most importantly, bright lights so it's easy to get ready.
CONTENTS:
You will find the condo to be very well appointed (more so than most). Your stay will include a supply of high quality tissue, paper towels, toilet paper, and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and bar soap. We do not use cheap supplies as we would want to be comfortable if we were on vacation and have supplied it as we would hope would be done for us. There are other amenities, such as a portable bluetooth speaker, computer, portable fans, vacuum, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, pack & play, electric kettle, rice maker/steam pot, blender, coffee pot with coffee, creamer, and sugar, tea, toaster, dish-ware, pots, pans, silverware, many games, puzzles, books, extra blankets, soft bath towels, high quality linens, and 65 & 55 inch Samsung Smart tv's to allow use of most all tv streaming services in both the living area and bedroom.
AT RESORT:
You will have full use of the pool and spa in the north bluff, but the pool and spa in the main building and south bluff are unfortunately not available due to resort wide dispute between the onsite management and the HOA. The Sanderlings Restaurant and Bar is just steps away from the condo, in the same building and is a great place to visit for lunch, dinner, or drinks with amazing food and spectacular views. There's a path that spans throughout the resort, but most conveniently, it makes for a short walk down to the perfect beach with clean and soft sand.
NEAR RESORT:
Across the street you'll find Seascape Village that has a great coffee shop and deli, pizza place, Mexican food restaurant, small quaint market, liquor store, fitness training center, and a few other unique shops. There's also a nearby golf course that accepts outside guests for a cost.
The Seascape Sports Club allows guests to use their facility for a daily fee that is subject to change, but currently $20 per day.
Enjoy contactless access when you arrive. Simply park in front of the resort or under in the parking garage and use the provided code to enter the condo. There's no need to check-in at the front desk of the resort because your reservation is directly with us and will not be in their system. Parking is free throughout the resort.
We do this because we love it! The various spaces are decorated by us personally and we do our absolute best to ensure that you feel comfortable in the choice you made when booking your stay. While we cannot be there in person during your stay, we will be available by phone, email, text, and the app if you should need us for any reason!
All cleaning is in compliance with the 5 step enhanced cleaning process. The condo will be freshly cleaned and stocked for check-in. Extra cleanings during your stay are available upon request for a fee.
IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES - PLEASE READ:
THE CONDO IS NOT STOCKED FOR LONG STAYS. Only an initial supply of items such as toilet paper, tissue, paper towels, coffee etc are supplied. This is done to make things easier for you when you arrive. Also, there are towels and linens provided, but they are not cleaned or resupplied during your stay. A laundry facility is located in the parking garage, below unit 116, which can be used for free. If you would like extra cleanings during your stay which would include a refreshed setup just as when you arrived, it can be arranged for a $149 fee.
EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT IS NOT POSSIBLE BECAUSE OF CLEANING SCHEDULE AND TIMED LOCK CODING. It is guaranteed to be ready by the normal check-in time.
There is no conventional satellite or cable television. Live TV is thru the Peacock app on the smart tv's and Apple or Amazon are available for streaming.
THERE IS NO CONVENTIONAL OVEN. There is a kitchen with a Advantium oven which takes the place of a conventional oven and can cook similar, but faster using 3 different cook methods.
THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. Most coastal locations don't have and rarely need air conditioning because of the cool breeze from the ocean.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. As per personal policy and the policy of the resort, guests are not allowed to have pets of the property. If you see them during your stay it is just because regulation allows neighboring residents to pass thru to the beach.
The resort facilities and services may, from time to time, have certain amenities temporarily out of service or under maintenance for various reasons. We will keep you informed as we are if this occurs, but cannot make special accommodation for conditions that are out of our control.
GUESTS ARE CONSIDERED OWNER'S GUESTS. DAILY HOUSEKEEPING, IN-ROOM DINING SERVICE, BEACH FIRE PITS, MAIN BUILDING POOL, SOUTH POOL AND GOLF CART RIDES ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO GUESTS THAT DON'T BOOK DIRECTLY THRU THE RESORT. NIGHTLY RATES DIRECTLY THRU THE THE RESORT ARE MUCH HIGHER IN ADDITION TO AN ADDED DAILY RESORT FEE.
