Guest Access:
You'll have private access to the entire tiny home, deck and fire pit area directly in front of the home. The pool and yard are open, but shared spaces. Please keep Fido on a leash and don't forget to text a heads up to your host when you are wanting to use the hot tub. That baby needs some time to heat up!
Interaction with host:
We are just a text away if you need anything during your stay. You'll have both our numbers, as well as the grounds host contact info, so help should always be nearby.
Other details to note:
The Hilltop has been a working family farm since 1944. While it is beautiful, it is most definitely rustic and still cultivating organic crops. It is currently about to retire an apple orchard and put in wine grapes and organic blackberries. Be sure to bring shoes that can handle gravel and a few ground squirrel holes. The Hilltop Venue was established in recent years, opening the Hilltop to beautiful options for intimate events and weddings. Neighborhood description:
We are located just behind Monte Vista School on the outskirts of Watsonville, towards Corralitos. Once you pass their parking lot, you'll brave the bumpy country road till your last residential turn leading you up the hill to your vacation home. We are close enough to faintly hear fans cheering at the football game Friday night, but far away enough for nightly deer, and a rare bobcat sighting every now and then.
Getting Around:
Unless you are a cyclist that has come specifically for the famous Corralitos cycling trails, you are going to want a vehicle to get around. The Hilltop is a relaxing destination itself, but there are so many day trip adventures nearby that you wont want to miss out on!
