The Space:
Enter this newly remodeled first floor condo to find one bedroom and full bathroom with step in tub/shower. Light and bright kitchenette with white cabinetry and stainless appliances to include a mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and toaster. Table seating inside as well as on the private patio. Living room includes sofa that makes out to a sleeper, chairs, tv and fireplace. Garden view from the patio, walking path is right outside. This path will lead you down to the ocean with beach access. The path offers a delight for all of your senses-listen to the birds in the trees above-if the wind is blowing through them, it's even more incredible. Take a walk in the morning and perhaps you will come upon the playful bunnies or little deer than run through the property. With a sleeping mat and the pull-out sofa you can enjoy this condo with up to 4 guests. Located next to the main lodge where you will find an indoor and outdoor fire, pool, secluded spa and the Sanderlings restaurant and bar.
Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during stay. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.
FREE AMENITIES: Use of pools (3) and jacuzzis (3); access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches.
There is a free washer and dryer in the parking garage.
Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

The Neighborhood:
Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.
The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.
On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, 3 pools and spas, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).
Across the street from the resort you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.
The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.

Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available outside the unit and throughout the resort property.
Note: This unit is located near the elevator for easy access and loading to and from your vehicle.
All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.
To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10 minutes drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. Shampoo and body wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).
On Site Amenities: Sanderlings Restaurant and bar. Pools and hot tubs are accessible by using your guest code, pool/beach towels are provided to guests in the unit. Use of the full gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
