Also close by and walking distance is 38th Ave Surf Sanctuary Beach (low tide pools to explore & dog walking ) and Bike path, EastSide Eatery, Pleasure Pizza, Suda, Penny Ice Creamery, Verve Coffee Cafe, Betty's Burgers, Cliff Cafe, Pono's Hawaiian, Cinelux Theater etc. Grocery stores nearby are New Leaf, Wholefoods, Trader Joes, etc. A few miles away is the magical Boardwalk.
