Our Pleasure Point home is ideally located for your vacation or extended stay in Santa Cruz. Just a couple of blocks from Moran Beach or Pleasure Point you will enjoy the tranquility of being located on a dead end street directly across from a protected Riparian Monarch butterfly zone. Looking out from the front of our home you will enjoy green views, while the large back yard offers complete privacy and an exceptionally quiet atmosphere located in such close proximity to the areas nicest beaches, restaurants and local attractions.
This 1960's beach home has been entirely updated with a large kitchen custom designed for gourmet cooking and entertaining. The kitchen was opened up to the oversize family room and incorporates a bar so friends and family can easily interact while spending time in the kitchen. The family room includes a state of the art 55" Smart TV and complete theater stereo system. All windows throughout have been replaced with quality insulated double pane windows and a gas furnace was installed for controlled heating on those chilly evenings and mornings.
The back yard is a botanical pleasure, very spacious and has been landscaped to provide outstanding privacy. There is a brand new Hot Springs Spa which is virtually chemical free for exquisite relaxation. The Master bedroom has a private French door allowing easy access to the yard and hot tub. The Master bedroom is equipped with a luxurious Cal King bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and premium mattress,
While the third bedroom is equipped with a Twin bed and a Queen size futon ideal for children. The additional television in the Master bedroom and Wireless Direct TV service can easily be relocated to the other bedroom to allow children to utilize.
The rental home comes equipped with two beach cruiser bicycles available for use and include baskets and locks for security. Pleasure Point is ideally located for riding a bicycle to the beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Our home was designed and now for the first time is being offered to share the wonderful experience of Santa Cruz living. Enjoy wine tasting in Capitola, surfing Oneil's or Pleasure Point, bicycle riding, walking trails along Moran lagoon, discovering natural treasures in the tide pools, hiking Nisenne Marks, whale watching and so many other activities.
