Our condo has been beautifully upgraded and fully remodeled, offering stunning views of the Monterey Bay and Santa Cruz to Monterey. Located on the second floor, our unit sits on a bluff with two balconies providing front row seats to breathtaking sunsets.

The first floor boasts a gourmet kitchen with Quartzite counter tops, a dining area, counter height breakfast bar, living room with a 55" Roku TV, gas fireplace, a half bathroom, and a balcony to relax and enjoy the ocean views.
Upstairs, you'll find a washer and dryer, two en-suite bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and comfortable king beds. One bedroom also includes a private balcony with cushioned patio furniture to take in the unobstructed views of the Monterey Bay.
As our guest, you can relax and unwind with both the sights and sounds of the ocean. Our condo is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family adventure. Located in Seascape Resort Aptos, CA, you'll have access to amenities such as 3 pools, a Jacuzzi, and 45+ acres of park-like lawns and landscape. Enjoy meals at Sanderling's restaurant or explore other nearby restaurants and shops just across the street.
You can walk for miles on the gorgeous beach or enjoy various activities such as parasailing, wave runner rentals, kayaking, paddleboarding, bike rentals, surfing lessons, sailing on Monterey Bay, and much more. Seascape is minutes from downtown Capitola and Santa Cruz, offering a variety of entertainment, shopping, and dining options.
Please note that since we are a private rental, some amenities such as room service and fire-pit setup are not available. Grub Hub can be used for local restaurant delivery or you can visit Sanderlings on-site. Additionally, concierge services, front desk services, towel service, bonfires, and bike rentals are not available to private renters. However, as our guest, you'll have free access to pools and Jacuzzi, as well as the restaurant and bars.
We provide a starter supply of toiletries, dish and dishwasher soap, and a paper towel roll. However, the initial supply is not replenished.
To access our property, you'll receive an entry code prior to your arrival, allowing you direct access without the need for check-in at the front desk. Please note that due to the cooler climate, properties in Santa Cruz county near the coast typically do not have air conditioning.
