This contemporary Polynesian villa is one of the few rare houses to have a unique, panoramic and breathtaking 180-degree view of the lagoon and the ocean, from all the rooms of the house!
It is up in the hills and in a short cul-de-sac street with nice breezes, and sheltered from all noises and looks.
Renovated from floor to ceiling in 2019, it has since been very well maintained and includes:
- Two air-conditioned bedrooms with new bedding. One has an European king size bed (180 cm wide x 200 cm long). The other has two separate twin beds (90 cm wide by 200 com long) that can be converted into a single European king size bed upon demand (by adding a custom mattress pad).
- A bathroom with a very large shower and bathroom sink, plus a separate bathroom that has the toilet and a second mini bathroom sink.
- A newly fully equipped kitchen including among others:
o Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave
o Induction Cooktop, Vent
o Nespresso coffee machine with starter capsules
o All kitchen electric appliances
- A living room with TV offering an array of French and international channels,
